3. Membership Access

•Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the subscriber.

 

4. Payments

•All payments are final and non-refundable.

•Membership auto-renews monthly or annually unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Code of Conduct

•Members must behave responsibly, respectfully, and lawfully at all times.

•Harassment, illegal conduct, defamation, or any form of abuse will result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Disciplinary Actions

•Violations of our rules may result in:

•Warning or Suspension.

•Termination of Membership without refund.

•₦50,000 fine for severe misconduct (including breaking community confidentiality, abusive behavior, or brand misrepresentation).

•Blacklisting from all 321 Klinic events and platforms.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

•321 Klinic is not responsible for personal decisions, interactions, or relationships formed through its platforms.

•Members participate at their own discretion and responsibility.

 

8. Privacy & Data

•We maintain strict confidentiality about our members and their activities.

•Member data will not be sold or shared without consent.

 

9. Termination

•321 Klinic reserves the right to terminate any membership at its discretion to protect the brand, its members, and its services.
